After 30 years of steadily growing his winery, his business was seriously threatened by the California wildfires. He came to me looking for guidance to improve his mindset and find the certainty it would take to get his business back on track rather than declaring bankruptcy. He was able to successfully navigate this hard time by looking at his father and grandfather for inspiration.
